A lifelong resident of the Portage Lakes area, Dr. Longworth graduated from Manchester High School and completed his undergraduate studies at Kent State University and The University of Akron. He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life University in Marietta, Georgia.

Dr. Brian Longworth has been a dedicated Doctor of Chiropractic since 1988, with a strong focus on pain relief, wellness, and total body health. Dr. Longworth is proud to serve the community he calls home. He and his wife have been married for 37 years, and together they have four children and five grandchildren.
His commitment to helping his patients achieve better health has been the cornerstone of his decades-long chiropractic practice at Healthfirst Chiropractic Clinic.

A proud native of the Portage Lakes community, Dr. Frain graduated from Coventry High School before earning his undergraduate degree at Kent State University. He then pursued his passion for chiropractic care at Life University in Marietta, GA.

After completing his studies, Dr. Frain returned to Coventry Township with his new family, where he established his own practice, serving the community for 20 years. In 2021, he joined Dr. Longworth at Healthfirst Chiropractic Clinic, continuing his commitment to patient care.
Dr. Frain believes in chiropractic care for all ages, emphasizing early prevention to address issues before they begin. His patients range in age from just 3 weeks old to 97 years young, highlighting his dedication to lifelong wellness.
